Un temps \u00e9voqu\u00e9\u00a0par le d\u00e9sormais ex Premier ministre Fran\u00e7ois Bayrou,<\/a>\u00a0le gel des retraites ne fait pas partie des mesures pr\u00e9vues par la loi de financement de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale de 2026, vot\u00e9e mi-d\u00e9cembre par les parlementaires. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les retraites de base et les minima sociaux (comme le RSA, l\u2019allocation aux adultes handicap\u00e9s ou encore l\u2019allocation sp\u00e9cifique aux personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es)\u00a0seront donc revaloris\u00e9s de 0,9% au 1er janvier 2026<\/strong>. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un taux index\u00e9 sur l\u2019augmentation moyenne des prix \u00e0 la consommation (hors tabac) sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025 calcul\u00e9e par l\u2019Insee, comme le pr\u00e9voit la loi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parall\u00e8lement, la r\u00e9forme du syst\u00e8me des retraites, telle qu\u2019elle \u00e9tait pr\u00e9vue initialement, est suspendue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
