La n\u00e9gociation a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d&rsquo;une bonne pr\u00e9paration et d&rsquo;une volont\u00e9 d&rsquo;avancer ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un accord SST, arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9ch\u00e9ance, avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 en 2014, mais ne s&rsquo;appliquait qu&rsquo;aux entit\u00e9s fran\u00e7aises de Suez. L&#8217;employeur souhaitait harmoniser ses proc\u00e9dures dans l&rsquo;ensemble de ses entit\u00e9s, en France, en Espagne, en Italie, en Pologne, en Tch\u00e9quie, en Roumanie et au RoyaumeUni. Il s&rsquo;est appuy\u00e9 sur son comit\u00e9 d&rsquo;entreprise europ\u00e9en (CEE, cf. p. 28-29) pour d\u00e9finir des objectifs communs atteignables, puis a men\u00e9 des r\u00e9unions bilat\u00e9rales avec chaque organisation syndicale. Parall\u00e8lement, M\u00e9lanie Dumecq, tr\u00e9sori\u00e8re du CSE de Suez International, d\u00e9sign\u00e9e pour n\u00e9gocier au nom de la coordination CFTC Suez, a pu s&rsquo;appuyer sur le r\u00e9seau CFTC, rassemblant les responsables et coordinateurs syndicaux des diff\u00e9rentes entit\u00e9s du groupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c9coute mutuelle<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Huit r\u00e9unions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires (une journ\u00e9e par mois), sous la houlette du secr\u00e9tariat du CEE, qui a jou\u00e9 le r\u00f4le de porte-parole de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation syndicale. Les repr\u00e9sentants de deux f\u00e9d\u00e9rations syndicales europ\u00e9ennes, l&rsquo;Epsu (services publics) et IndustriAll (industrie, mines, \u00e9nergie) \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents. \u00ab Ils sont l\u00e0 en appui si on n&rsquo;arrive pas \u00e0 avancer, et garantissent qu&rsquo;on s&rsquo;inscrit bien dans le cadre du droit europ\u00e9en \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Pierre Sala\u00fcn, coordinateur CFTC Suez et <em>contract manager<\/em> chez Suez International. C\u00f4t\u00e9 pratique, la traduction des propos tenus en sept langues \u00e9tait assur\u00e9e par une dizaine d&rsquo;interpr\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recherche des positions communes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 chaque s\u00e9ance de n\u00e9gociation, les repr\u00e9sentants syndicaux se retrouvaient d&rsquo;abord en r\u00e9union pr\u00e9paratoire pour accorder leurs violons. \u00ab Il s&rsquo;agit de convaincre et d\u00e9gager des positions communes avec ses coll\u00e8gues syndicalistes ; une partie de la n\u00e9gociation se joue l\u00e0 \u00bb, souligne Pierre Sala\u00fcn. Cela dit, comme le rapporte M\u00e9lanie Dumecq, \u00ab <em>il n&rsquo;y a pas eu de gros conflits parce que le sujet est universel<\/em> \u00bb. Puis, en r\u00e9union pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re, se d\u00e9roulait la n\u00e9gociation avec l&#8217;employeur. La CFTC avait une ligne rouge : la possibilit\u00e9, dans l&rsquo;ensemble du groupe et pour chaque salari\u00e9, d&rsquo;interrompre une situation dangereuse, quelles qu&rsquo;en soient les cons\u00e9quences financi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exp\u00e9rience enrichissante<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour M\u00e9lanie Dumecq, cette exp\u00e9rience \u00e9tait une premi\u00e8re. <em>\u00ab Je <\/em><em>d\u00e9couvrais d&rsquo;autres syndicats, d&rsquo;autres personnalit\u00e9s, d&rsquo;autres m\u00e9tiers, d&rsquo;autres probl\u00e9matiques<\/em>&#8230; \u00bb Les n\u00e9gociateurs ont d\u00fb se mettre d&rsquo;accord sur une d\u00e9finition commune du harc\u00e8lement. Hormis cela, plus que les diff\u00e9rences entre nationalit\u00e9s, la difficult\u00e9 r\u00e9sidait dans l&rsquo;h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 des m\u00e9tiers. \u00ab <em>Nous n&rsquo;avions pas tous <\/em><em>les m\u00eames analyses, ce n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas si simple.
