Beaucoup de travailleurs l’ignorent s\u00fbrement, mais nous devons \u00e0 l’Europe la plupart de nos r\u00e9centes avanc\u00e9es sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notre droit du travail s’enrichit constamment des directives et jurisprudences europ\u00e9ennes, sous l’effet, notamment, d’un dialogue social auquel la CFTC prend toute sa part.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mais entre le d\u00e9veloppement de l’IA, la plateformisation du travail, le d\u00e9tricotage du droit… l’Europe sociale a de grands d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever, pour ses 200 millions de travailleurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
