Son propos est int\u00e9ressant \u00e0 une p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 certains seraient tent\u00e9 de jeter l\u2019eau du bain et \u00a0\u00bbles boomers\u00a0\u00bb avec \u2026<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">*<em>UNAR-CFTC la structure nationale qui f\u00e9d\u00e8re les adh\u00e9rents CFTC retrait\u00e9s<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, d\u2019embl\u00e9e, il souligne que cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de personnes dont rel\u00e8vent actuellement les retrait\u00e9s, a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le majeur dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise, tant sur le plan \u00e9conomique, social, politique que culturel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notamment,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise, o\u00f9 ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires et acteurs de la croissance des Trente Glorieuses (1945-1975)\u00a0:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Construction de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat-providence, d\u00e9veloppement des infrastructures\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acc\u00e8s massif \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9, consommation de masse\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Porteurs des id\u00e9aux de mai 68, r\u00e9formes sociales (s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, large acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation)\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation \u00e0 la construction europ\u00e9enne\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9volution des m\u0153urs (f\u00e9minisme, lib\u00e9ralisation des m\u0153urs, \u00e9cologie)\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9veloppement des m\u00e9dias de masse (t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, radio)\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mod\u00e8le du CDI, syndicats puissants, retraite par r\u00e9partition\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pic d\u00e9mographique, pression sur les syst\u00e8mes de retraite et de sant\u00e9 &#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Et ce qu&rsquo;ils laissent derri\u00e8re eux, avec les impacts plus ou moins positifs aujourd&rsquo;hui identifiables :<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Syst\u00e8me de protection sociale solide (mais \u00e0 pr\u00e9server)\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modernisation des infrastructures\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre des retraites (ratio actifs\/ retrait\u00e9s)\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Endettement public, pression fiscale\u00a0(au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de toutes les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avanc\u00e9es sociales (droits des femmes, etc.)\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In\u00e9galit\u00e9s interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelles (logement, emploi)\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Culture du travail et stabilit\u00e9\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Difficult\u00e9 pour les jeunes \u00e0 acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transmission d&rsquo;un patrimoine culturel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impact environnemental de leur mod\u00e8le de consommation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les perspectives qui sont autant de d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever&nbsp;pour les nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations :<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019adaptation des syst\u00e8mes sociaux : R\u00e9formes des retraites, sant\u00e9, d\u00e9pendance. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les nouveaux mod\u00e8les \u00e9conomiques : Passage \u00e0 une \u00e9conomie plus durable, moins centr\u00e9e sur \u2019\u2019la croissance \u00e0 tout prix\u2019\u2019. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019\u00e9volution des valeurs : Les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations plus jeunes (X, Y, Z) portent de nouvelles attentes (flexibilit\u00e9, \u00e9cologie, num\u00e9rique).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-medium\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cftc80.retraite.ovh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/generations1-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-346\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cftc80.retraite.ovh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/generations1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.cftc80.retraite.ovh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/generations1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.cftc80.retraite.ovh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/generations1.jpg 1000w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-amber-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-460dfad852986063185168f98fc66e23\"><strong><em>La conclusion\u00a0d&rsquo;A. Melcus, pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;UDIR-CFTC Somme <\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Les baby-boomers ont fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 une France moderne, mais leur h\u00e9ritage est \u00e0 la fois un atout et un d\u00e9fi pour les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations suivantes.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Leur d\u00e9part progressif pose la question de la solidarit\u00e9 interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle et de l&rsquo;adaptation des institutions \u00e0 un monde en mutation.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, 1965 et apr\u00e8s, ont donc maintenant en charge l\u2019\u00e9volution de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Cela conduira aux succ\u00e8s et aux erreurs cons\u00e9cutifs \u00e0 toutes d\u00e9cisions. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Le souhait est qu\u2019ils gardent \u00e0 l\u2019esprit que les \u00e9volutions positives de la seconde moiti\u00e9 du XX\u00e8me si\u00e8cle reposent sur des choix au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de toutes les strates de la population fran\u00e7aise (s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, droit du travail, acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation, \u2026) et europ\u00e9enne (construction de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne, \u2026) car sans solidarit\u00e9, seule gagne la loi du plus fort.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Petit
